About Crew Watch

Independent eyes on the operations you cannot stand in front of.

Crew Watch is a nationwide field observation and reporting service for business owners. We send a trained, independent observer to a site, document what is actually happening during an authorized window, and deliver a written report you can act on — without asking your own crew to grade itself.

What we do

Crew Watch was built around a problem almost every owner recognizes: the business runs in places you cannot personally reach on the days that matter. Crews work out of town, sites open before you are awake, kitchens and bars run late shifts, and the only account of what happened comes from the people being observed.

We change who provides that account. A Crew Watch observer arrives during a confirmed window — verifying attendance and staffing, documenting visible site activity, progress, equipment and company vehicles, or acting as a secret shopper in a restaurant or bar — and records what was observable. What was not observed is stated plainly. Every assignment closes with a professional, time-stamped field report and authorized photographs where the scope allows.

We are deliberately narrow about what we are: an observation and reporting service. We are not a security company, a staffing agency, an employee management platform, or an investigative firm. Observers do not intervene, direct employees, or enforce policy, and our reports describe facts rather than conclusions about any person.

Who it is for

Owners of field operations

Construction, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, delivery, and maintenance companies that cannot be on every site.

Restaurants and bars

Hospitality owners who want an independent guest-eye account of service, timing, and standards instead of a manager’s summary.

Multi-site and out-of-town operators

Businesses with crews, branches, or job sites beyond normal travel range, including absentee owners and remote partners.

Owners facing a dispute

Anyone who needs a dated, factual record of conditions at a site rather than a secondhand description.

Who builds it

Crew Watch is built and operated by a small team of operations coordinators working with a nationwide network of independent field observers. Coordination, compliance review, and reporting are handled in house so that every assignment is scoped the same way and every report reads the same way, regardless of region.

01

Coordination

An in-house team scopes every request, confirms authorization, checks licensing and access, quotes the work, and briefs the assigned observer.

02

Field network

Assignments are performed by independent, vetted field observers and licensed professionals who work under written Crew Watch standards.

03

Reporting

Field notes and authorized photographs are reviewed for plain, factual language before a report is issued to the client.

Read the standards behind the reports.

Lawful access, non-intervention, and factual language are written into every assignment brief — and into the observer guidelines we hold the network to.
