How It Works

From a request to a documented record — in six steps.

Every Crew Watch assignment follows the same written path: your request, a coordinator review, a fixed quote, a briefed observer, an observed window, and a field report. Nothing is dispatched until you accept the quote in writing.

01

Submit your request

Tell us the site, the schedule, and exactly what you want documented.

Use the request form to give us the business name, site address, contact details, the type of observation you need, your preferred date and window, and a plain description of what you want documented. Note any access arrangement or restriction we should know about. Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation.

02

Coordinator review

A coordinator checks scope, authorization, licensing, and coverage.

Every request is reviewed before it is accepted. We confirm you are authorized to request the assignment, that lawful observation is possible at the location, that any licensing or access requirement in that jurisdiction can be satisfied, and that a qualified observer can be available for your window.

03

Written quote

You receive a fixed quote — no rate card, no surprises.

The quote states the scope, the observation window, the reporting deliverables, the fee, and the scheduling terms. Nothing is dispatched and no payment is collected until you accept it in writing. If something in your request is outside what we can lawfully or practically perform, we tell you before quoting rather than after.

04

Assignment confirmed

An observer is assigned and briefed from the written scope.

Once you accept, we assign an observer qualified for the area and brief them from the same written scope you approved — the vantage points, the documentation priorities, the reporting format, and the limits on what they may do. You receive the confirmed window and the assignment reference.

05

Observation performed

Your window is documented from lawful vantage points only.

The observer arrives within the agreed window and documents what is observable: arrivals and departures, activity, conditions, equipment and vehicles, and progress against plan. They record timestamps and take authorized photographs where included in your quote. They do not intervene, question, or confront anyone.

06

Report delivered

A written field report with timestamps and authorized photographs.

The completed report describes what was documented during the window and nothing more — no conclusions about any individual. It is delivered to you and archived to the client portal, where you can download reports from past and current requests at any time.
