Terms and Conditions

Last updated November 5, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crew Watch website and the assignment request process. By submitting a request or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. What Crew Watch Is

Crew Watch provides independent field observation and reporting services for business owners and authorized representatives. An observer is assigned to document what is observable at a location described by the client, and a written report is delivered based on those observations.

Crew Watch is not a security guard company, a private investigation agency, a staffing company, an employee management platform, or a time-clock application. We do not supervise, direct, discipline, or manage any employee, contractor, or crew of the client.

2. Requests Are Not Assignments

Submitting a request through this website does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee an assignment, a dispatch, a scheduled observation, or any particular result. Every request is reviewed for scope, location, licensing, coverage, availability, and legal requirements.

An assignment exists only after Crew Watch issues a written quote and the client accepts it in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You represent that you are the owner of the business or an authorized representative with authority to request observation of the site and the operations described in your request.

You agree to provide accurate information about the location, access, and purpose of the assignment, and to inform Crew Watch of any known restriction, court order, lease term, or policy that could affect lawful observation at the site.

You agree not to use Crew Watch for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, intimidation, stalking, unlawful surveillance of individuals, or any activity prohibited by the law of the state where the observation occurs.

4. Lawful Observation Only

Observations are conducted from public vantage points or from locations where the client has lawful authority to permit access. Observers do not trespass, do not enter restricted areas without authorization, and do not interfere with operations.

Some observation activities are regulated or restricted in certain states and municipalities. Crew Watch may decline, modify, or discontinue an assignment where a legal or licensing requirement cannot be satisfied.

Crew Watch may terminate an assignment at any time if an observer is asked to act outside the scope of lawful observation.

5. Quotes, Fees, and Payment

Pricing is quoted per assignment and depends on location, duration, travel requirements, scope, staffing, and reporting requirements. No price is published on this website.

Fees, deposits, payment timing, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are stated in the written quote. Work is scheduled only after acceptance.

6. Reports and Findings

Reports describe what an observer documented during the observation window. They are factual records of observations, timestamps where applicable, and authorized photographs. They are not audits, investigations, legal opinions, or conclusions about any person.

Observation documents a window in time. Crew Watch does not guarantee that any specific activity, condition, or event will be observed, detected, or captured, and the absence of a finding is not proof that something did not occur.

7. Confidentiality

Crew Watch treats client information and assignment details as confidential and shares them only with personnel and assigned observers who need them to perform the assignment, or as required by law.

Reports are provided to the client for the client’s internal business use. The client is responsible for how reports are used and shared, subject to applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew Watch’s total liability arising out of or relating to an assignment is limited to the fees paid to Crew Watch for that assignment.

Crew Watch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of a report.

9. Changes to These Terms

Crew Watch may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your request governs that request.
