Field reports document what an observer saw during a specific window of time. They are not audits, investigations, or findings of wrongdoing, and they do not determine whether any person complied with company policy or law.

3. No Security or Enforcement Services
Crew Watch does not provide security guards, patrols, crowd control, loss prevention, detention, investigations, or any enforcement function. Observers do not intervene in any situation and do not act on behalf of law enforcement.
4. No Guarantee of Coverage
Crew Watch is building a nationwide network of field observers. Requests can be submitted anywhere in the United States, but coverage, licensing, and availability vary by location. A request may be declined where coverage or legal requirements cannot be met.
5. Decisions Made by Clients
Clients are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of a report, including employment, staffing, contractual, or operational decisions. Crew Watch does not make, recommend, or participate in those decisions.
