Observer Careers

Licensed professionals documenting what businesses cannot see.

Crew Watch engages field observers to document job sites, operations, and conditions for business owners who cannot be there in person. If you work carefully, write plainly, and understand the limits of lawful observation, we want to hear from you.

What the work involves

You accept assignments in your own region, travel to a site during a confirmed window, and document only what is observable from lawful vantage points. Arrival and departure times, site conditions, activity, equipment and vehicles, and progress against plan. You submit field notes and authorized photographs by the deadline in your brief.

You do not intervene, question, direct, or confront anyone, and you never enter where access is not authorized. If a situation becomes unsafe or unlawful, you withdraw and notify the coordinator.

Per-assignment pay

Assignments are scoped and paid individually, with clear terms before you accept.

Work you can plan around

Accept assignments that fit your availability — weekdays, evenings, weekends, or on call.

Written scope every time

You receive the site, window, documentation priorities, and limits in writing before you go.

Coordinator support

A coordinator is reachable during your window for access questions and scope clarification.
