Last updated November 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Crew Watch collects through this website and the assignment request process, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information You Provide

When you submit an assignment request, we collect the business name, contact name, phone number, email address, job site address, city and state, type of business, type of observation requested, preferred date and time, expected duration, your description of what you want observed, and any special instructions you provide.

We also record that you confirmed authorization to submit the request, along with the date and time of submission.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting and security providers may record standard technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and pages visited. This information is used to keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.

3. How We Use Information

We use request information to review the assignment, confirm authorization and licensing requirements, prepare a quote, coordinate an observer, deliver reports, and communicate with you about the assignment.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use assignment details for advertising.

4. Sharing

Assignment details are shared only with Crew Watch personnel and the assigned field observer to the extent needed to perform the assignment.

We may share information with service providers who support scheduling, communications, file storage, or payment processing, and where required by law, subpoena, or a valid legal process.

5. Photographs and Reports

Authorized photographs and field reports are stored in restricted storage and are made available only to the client and authorized Crew Watch personnel.

Observers are instructed to document operations, sites, equipment, and vehicles, and to avoid capturing individuals where not necessary for the assignment.

6. Retention

We retain request records, reports, and photographs for as long as needed to serve the client relationship and to meet legal, insurance, and accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion of your contact information, subject to those requirements.

7. Security

Access to assignment records is limited to authorized administrative users. Files are stored privately and shared through time-limited access links.

No system is completely secure. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us so we can investigate.

8. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information associated with your request. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain any legal limits that apply.

9. Children

This website and service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here at the time of your request applies to that request.
